Siatkarki ŁKS Commercecon Łódź w 1/16 CEV Cup los przydzielił rywala z Hiszpanii – Hidramar Gran Canaria. W pierwszym spotkaniu, które zostało rozegrane w Las Palmas łodzianki wygrały 3:0, jednak w pierwszym secie nie zabrakło emocji.
Pierwszego seta Łódzkie Wiewióry rozpoczęły od prowadzenia 2:0, jednak gospodynie od razu ruszyły do odrabiania strat. Ełkasianki próbowały łapać rytm, ale rywalki prowadziły kolejno 8:5 i 16:12. Dużo dało wejście na boisko Regiane Bidias, ale finalnie siła ataku rozłożyła się równo pomiędzy Sonię Stefanik, Annę Obiałą i Anastasiię Hryshchuk (po 5 punktów) . Liderką hiszpańskiej drużyny była natomiast Sulian Caridad Matienzo Linares, która w pierwszej partii zdobyła 8 pkt. Finalnie łodzianki triumfowały 28:26.
W drugim secie gra ŁKS Commercecon Łódź wyglądała zdecydowanie lepiej. Łodzianki od początku budowały przewagę, która z biegiem czasu rosła. Ostatecznie zespół z Polski wygrał 25:20. Siła ataku w 2. secie po stronie Hidramar Gran Canaria ponownie spoczywała na Sulian Caridad Matienzo Linares. Z kolei po stronie ŁKS Commercecon ciężar gry wzięły na siebie Anastasiia Hryshchuk i Regiane Bidias (odpowiednio 5 i 6 punktów).
Trzeciego seta lepiej rozpoczęły gospodynie, jednak z biegiem czasu ŁKS Commercecon Łódź łapał wiatr w żagle. Polska ekipa grała pewnie i szybko przechyliła wynik na swoją stronę. W połowie seta prowadziła już 16:12. W końcówce przyjezdne nie odpuściły nawet na moment, czego efektem było zwycięstwo 25:18 i w całym meczu 3:0.

ŁKS Commercecon Łódź players in the 1/16 CEV Cup were dealt a Spanish rival – Hidramar Gran Canaria. In the first match, which was played in Las Palmas, the Łódź team won 3:0, but the first set was not without emotions.
Łódź Wiewióry started the first set with a 2:0 lead, but the hosts immediately started to make up for the losses. The ŁKS players tried to catch a rhythm, but their opponents led 8:5 and 16:12 respectively. Regiane Bidias entering the court helped a lot, but in the end the attacking power was distributed evenly between Sonia Stefanik, Anna Obiała and Anastasia Hryshchuk (5 points each). The leader of the Spanish team was Sulian Caridad Matienzo Linares, who scored 8 points in the first set. In the end, the team from Łódź triumphed 28:26.
In the second set, ŁKS Commercecon Łódź played much better. The team from Łódź built an advantage from the beginning, which grew over time. Ultimately, the team from Poland won 25:20. The power of the attack in the 2nd set on the side of Hidramar Gran Canaria once again rested on Sulian Caridad Matienzo Linares. On the side of ŁKS Commercecon, Anastasiia Hryshchuk and Regiane Bidias took the brunt of the game (5 and 6 points respectively).
The third set started better for the hosts, but as time went on, ŁKS Commercecon Łódź caught the wind in its sails. The Polish team played confidently and quickly tilted the result in their favor. In the middle of the set they were already leading 16:12. In the end, the visitors did not give up even for a moment, which resulted in a 25:18 victory and 3:0 in the entire match.
